HARRY POTTER SARONA

This project was the first official Harry Potter pop-up store in Israel, launched at Azrieli Sarona. As part of a global brand with strict visual and brand guidelines, we worked closely with the local franchisee and rights holders to bring the concept to life.

We designed a store layout that met the franchisee’s functional needs while aligning with the brand’s identity and standards. Out of several official branding options, I selected the most suitable one and created the event’s graphic elements as well as the overall visual design. The concept was presented through 3D renderings and received approval from both the local and international brand teams.

Following approval, we developed detailed construction plans and supervised the full on-site installation.

The project was created using Rhino, V-Ray, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

One of the biggest challenges was coordinating with multiple stakeholders and addressing a wide range of demands. On top of that, we had a very tight schedule, which required us to work with several construction teams simultaneously, adapting the plans to each while ensuring consistency across the entire project.
